Safflower Oils
Refined Linoleic Safflower Oil
Oil obtained from the seeds of linoleic varieties of Carthamus tinctorius. It is characterised by a high linoleic acid content, generally exceeding its oleic acid content. Refining reduces odour, flavour, colour, acidity and impurities, producing a more neutral, stable and versatile oil for industrial formulations. Its main uses are in food, margarines, nutritional supplements, cosmetics and dermatological preparations.
