Safflower Oils
Organic Virgin Linoleic Safflower Oil
Oil obtained from the seeds of linoleic varieties of Carthamus tinctorius. It is characterised by a high linoleic acid content, generally exceeding its oleic acid content. Mechanical extraction better preserves the sensory character and natural constituents of the oil, making it suitable for applications that value its original identity. Organic quality requires certified raw materials, segregation, traceability and the corresponding documentation throughout the supply chain. Its main uses are in food, margarines, nutritional supplements, cosmetics and dermatological preparations.
