Safflower Oils
Organic Refined High-Oleic Safflower Oil
Oil obtained from the seeds of high-oleic Carthamus tinctorius varieties. It has an oleic acid content of approximately 70–84%, providing greater oxidative stability. Refining reduces odour, flavour, colour, acidity and impurities, producing a more neutral, stable and versatile oil for industrial formulations. Organic quality requires certified raw materials, segregation, traceability and the corresponding documentation throughout the supply chain. Its main uses are in food, frying, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical or technical applications requiring stability.
