Organic Refined High-Oleic Sunflower Oil

Oil obtained from selected high-oleic sunflower seeds. It is characterised by a high proportion of oleic acid and greater stability than conventional linoleic sunflower oil. Refining reduces odour, flavour, colour, acidity and impurities, producing a more neutral, stable and versatile oil for industrial formulations. Organic quality requires certified raw materials, segregation, traceability and the corresponding documentation throughout the supply chain. Its main uses are in frying, snacks, food service, food, cosmetics and formulations requiring an extended shelf life.
