Crude High-Oleic Sunflower Oil
Oil obtained from selected high-oleic sunflower seeds. It is characterised by a high proportion of oleic acid and greater stability than conventional linoleic sunflower oil. It is supplied unrefined, retaining the colour, aroma and natural components of the raw material; it is intended primarily for subsequent refining or formulations that accept crude quality. Its main uses are in frying, snacks, food service, food, cosmetics and formulations requiring an extended shelf life.
