Crude High-Oleic Palm Oil
Crude oil obtained from the mesocarp of fruit from OxG interspecific oil palm hybrids, produced by crossing Elaeis oleifera and Elaeis guineensis. It has a higher proportion of oleic acid and a lower relative saturated fatty acid content than conventional palm oil. It retains the colour, aroma and natural constituents of the unrefined oil.
