Toasted Cold-Pressed Walnut Oil
Oil obtained from Juglans regia walnuts. It is rich in linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, with oleic acid also present. Roasting before pressing intensifies the nutty aroma and flavour, producing a speciality oil with a pronounced sensory profile. Its main uses are in gourmet food, dressings, baking, cosmetics, shampoos and topical preparations.
