Refined Walnut Oil
Oil obtained from Juglans regia walnuts. It is rich in linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, with oleic acid also present. Refining reduces odour, flavour, colour, acidity and impurities, producing a more neutral, stable and versatile oil for industrial formulations. Its main uses are in gourmet food, dressings, baking, cosmetics, shampoos and topical preparations.
