Organic Cold-Pressed Walnut Oil

Oil obtained from Juglans regia walnuts. It is rich in linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, with oleic acid also present. Mechanical extraction better preserves the sensory character and natural constituents of the oil, making it suitable for applications that value its original identity. Organic quality requires certified raw materials, segregation, traceability and the corresponding documentation throughout the supply chain. Its main uses are in gourmet food, dressings, baking, cosmetics, shampoos and topical preparations.
