Organic Cold-Pressed Soybean Oil

Cold-pressedOrganic

Oil obtained from Glycine max seeds. It has a substantial polyunsaturated fatty acid content, principally linoleic acid, alongside oleic and linolenic acids. Mechanical extraction better preserves the sensory character and natural constituents of the oil, making it suitable for applications that value its original identity. Organic quality requires certified raw materials, segregation, traceability and the corresponding documentation throughout the supply chain. Its main uses are in food, mayonnaise, margarines, confectionery, pharmacy, nutrition and industrial applications.
