Oil obtained from mature Sesamum indicum seeds. It has a balanced combination of oleic and linoleic acids and the natural antioxidants characteristic of sesame. Mechanical extraction better preserves the sensory character and natural constituents of the oil, making it suitable for applications that value its original identity. Its main uses are in food, Asian cuisine, bakery products, cosmetics and pharmaceutical excipients.
