Toasted Cold-Pressed Peanut Oil
Oil obtained from Arachis hypogaea seeds. It is rich in oleic and linoleic acids. Roasting before pressing intensifies the nutty aroma and flavour, producing a speciality oil with a pronounced sensory profile. Its main uses are in food, frying, margarines, cosmetics, massage and pharmaceutical excipients.
